If we haven’t met, my name is Dandan. I’m an Emmy award-winning storyteller, contemplative creative, and guide of authentic living.

My intentions behind this space are simple.
I created these guided meditations to help hold you through difficult times and enjoy the beauty of existence. These tracks have been cherished by many people around the world, so I’m excited for you to experience them for yourself.
Whether you are new (or even intimidated!) by meditation or a seasoned practitioner, see this space as a guesthouse that will lovingly take care of you and meet you where you’re at.

How It’s Different from Other Meditations:
Studio-quality sound. Having worked on Grammy award-winning crews as a filmmaker, I do believe the quality of the sound matters. So I take the extra care and meticulous attention to detail to record, clean, layer, and balance the sound so it creates a pleasurable immersion into the present moment.
In fact, each guided meditation takes me 3-10 days to craft.Poetic. I believe the way we speak makes a huge difference in bringing us into the present. Most other guided meditations are quite literal: they tell you to breath and relax. But I weave in poetic language and intentional imagery to help elicit a deeper response of awe, release, and serenity from your body.
Fresh perspectives. Now, it seems like all guided meditations are saying the same thing. While there’s no problem with that, I believe there’s a wide unexplored spectrum of benefits that this practice can bring. So, I bring in fresh angles, like seeing yourself through atomic eyes, to evoke a tangible sense of gratitude and awe for your life.
Tailored to different needs and times of the day. Let’s be real. We don’t have many uninterrupted swathes of time to re-center like monks. I’ve taken this into account and crafted these meditations to integrate into your busy messy life, even as you wash the dishes! Most meditations are around 10 minutes.
