You have arrived at the quiet edge of the day, where the world slows, the sky deepens, and you are invited to do the same. Yet, your mind may not have received the memo that this is the time for slowing down, to align with the hush of twilight.
So I created this meditation as a gentle, nourishing aid for your evening- a space to help you come home to yourself, unwind, and massage your mind and body with gratitude.
Together we will return to the basics of being, reconnect with hidden wonder, and acknowledge all the day has brought. Then, we will release the weight of this day and prepare you to receive the open wide canvas of tomorrow.
